Faith Quilters

Wednesday 9:00am

The Faith Lutheran Church choir meets on Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm from August to May to prepare music for singing during Divine Service one Sunday per month, and other selected services.  All people who enjoy singing are welcome to join.

Faith Lutheran Quilters was founded in 2006 to provide fellowship for the women of Faith congregation who enjoy sewing and Christian fellowship.  They meet each Wednesday morning to tie charity quilts or to work on special projects.  Each meeting includes a devotion and light refreshments.  Faith Quilters have enjoyed sponsoring a number of seminary students during the past several years.  They also hold an annual Quilt and Craft Sale in the fall, and use the funds in various outreach missions.  In 2010, they began a new ministry of providing a quilted prayer shawl or lap quilt for the shut-in members of our congregation, as well as for those who are suffering with serious illnesses.

The Recycled Teenagers is a group of adults who enjoy getting together once a month as a group. They typically meet for lunch the last Tuesday of the month. See the calendar for details of their activities.

The Women of Faith meet on the second Thursday of each month at 9:00am, to study God's Word.  The group is using the "Bless These Lips" study guide; an examination of the things we say that get in the way of our relationships with God and others.
