CHILDREN’S MINISTRY: The children of Faith Lutheran are an important part of the church. On Sunday morning they receive a special lesson from the pastor during the worship service. After the service they attend Sunday School to learn important lessons from the Bible. In December they put on a Christmas program and in the summer they attend Vacation Bible School.

VISITORS: Visitors are greeted at the door and welcomed to the Faith Lutheran community. Following the service we gather for refreshments, and homemade baked goods where we get to know each other better. Once a month we enjoy a Sunday brunch with lots of food and conversation. YOUTH MINISTRY: Older children in the church starting in 6th grade begin confirmation classes to learn about what it means to be a Lutherans. It’s a special time where they spend time together with the pastor learning how to apply the Bible to everyday life. In 8th grade they confirm their faith in Jesus Christ at a special ceremony called Confirmation.

YOUNG FAMILIES: Young families require special support within a church community. At Faith Lutheran Church, we are working to develop family support systems to encourage and nuture young families through Christ. Faith Families is a small group dedicated to developing relationships within the church congregation. This group holds events geared toward young families often. More coming soon.
